iPassport QMS provides its users with a comprehensive laboratory auditing system, allowing for the creation of audit checklists which then combine to form the laboratory auditing report.
With the internal laboratory auditing reports, users can easily demonstrate to accreditation bodies they are meeting guidelines for monitoring quality assurance.
The audit checklist allows users to ask “questions” and generate useful compliance information, with the systems ability to record both non-compliance events and observations, impending problems are quickly highlighted, and can be dealt with through iPassport’s task driven laboratory auditing management system to ensure that the non-compliance is not escalated at the next audit to a critical corrective non-compliance.
All audit checklists within the system can be designed by the user to meet their specific needs, therefore if the user has requirements outside those listed in the guidelines they are not restricted by their quality management system.
In additional to this, if the user wants to conduct an audit using an audit checklist based upon the standards / guidelines they are working to then this is also possible.
These events are all recorded in an easy to access format, with all monitoring done electronically by the quality manager. Including ‘Quality Manager Approved’ task completion, once the user has provided feedback and evidence the quality manger has to approve the evidence prior to the non-compliance being closed.
With these features iPassport QMS makes laboratory auditing extremely effective both internally as a reference, and when demonstrating the quality management system to auditors.
