Genial Passport

Genial Passport has undergone a transformation from the Microsoft Access version, originally developed by a consultant cytogeneticist, to a modern future-proof software platform for the management of genetic data. Developed in Java (client) and SQL Server (database).
Genial Passport can be configured with modules for clinical genetics, cytogenetics and molecular genetics. This allows patient data to be shared via a common database across all three genetic disciplines. Patient confidentiality is assured by virtue of the Permission and Visibility tools which can be set by the System Administrator to grant/limit/deny access to system held data.
